Focusing on sustainability

Our partnership began by developing a clear global strategy to showcase Zalando's values and increase brand love. The strategy included creating digital-first innovations, developing new partnerships and bringing them to life in attention-grabbing ways. 

For instance, we built a virtual reality greenhouse for Copenhagen Fashion Week to highlight the journey of sustainable fashion, and launched the Zalando Sustainability Awards to spotlight brands with more sustainable strategies.

New products, new markets

Our work has been truly wide-ranging. From helping to launch Zalando's first Sustainability Report and new Houe of Dagmar range, to spreading smiles across Europe through a Festival of Optimism, and a social-first campaign during Covid lockdowns to remind people that 'We Will Hug Again'.

The strategy has put a new consumer friendly face to Zalando. We've broadened brand reach through content partnerships, established relationships with big influencers like Brooklyn Beckham and Jeremy Scott, and launched the brand to great acclaim in new markets like Slovenia, Estonia and Croatia too.

Each year we think our Copenhagen Fashion Week experience can't get better – but it always does!
